I have been a collector for 3 decades and have been provided fantastic service through your company in recent times. With the advent of the home PC, I have seen many improvements in distribution management and ordering efficiency. Your efforts with online subscription have been outstanding and you have remained in the front ranks of technology. To me, this shows a sincere concern for the hobby and those who collect.
